No matter who you are and what you do, the Kerosene community welcomes you.

CrossFit Kerosene utilizes functional fitness performed at a relatively high intensity. Unlike other gyms, we do not have rows of stationary machines, treadmills or other isolated machines. We use barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, dumbbells, concept 2 rowers, tires, rope climbs, gymnastic rings, plyometrics and good old fashioned hard work to help you achieve your fitness goals.

We look forward to working out. We embrace challenges knowing that we’re in an environment of people who each face their own challenges every day. We train hard and together. We eat clean because it’s our way of life. We celebrate one another’s accomplishments out of a genuine desire to see everyone succeed. We don’t go to the gym to burn calories but to challenge our body, be with our community, and feed our souls.

At CrossFit Kerosene, our team is comprised of individuals who have made coaching their passion. They hold certifications, CrossFit Level 1, 2, and CrossFit Kids.

Our coaching and application is based on a foundation that is 100% CrossFit.

At Kerosene, we believe in the CrossFit programming methodology. We don’t sacrifice constantly varied programming because of workout complexity, equipment, movement difficulty, or class logistics. We make it work, and our athletes are fitter for it.
