I wanted to share a quick little story about The Open. We are going to go all the way back to 2012 for this one. I (Coach Andrea) was very afraid of Snatches. Open workout 12.2, consisted of a Snatch Ladder. Starting at 45# and ending at 120#. My goal was it get 1 snatch at 100#. I had NEVER hit this lift EVER before. In fact, my max was 20# lighter than that. But, I tried anyways. So my friends, please enjoy one of my favorite CrossFit moments ever.
